Wednesday Workout - AM
Concentric Only workout

just got back from the park. Took my 20lb med ball and threw it around.
did about 50 yards of throws, just walking to the ball and picking it up and throwing it. People watching me must have felt sorry for me that no one wanted to play with me..haha

I made sure not to use my legs in the throws.
-Chest Pass
-Scoop Pass
-Soccer throws
-Reverse Over head throws

I probabaly each exercises twice, took my time made sure i wasn't feeling fatigued. just listened to some music zoned the rest of the world out.

yea i felt good today, i was surprised at my inclines..i wish i had a partner because i really prefer not to use the smith, but gotta do what you gotta do
