I first read about it when i was studying for my USAW certification and went to a seminar where the owner of Werksan, Leo Totten, presented on how he trains on the platform for his olympic lifters. Then Glenn Pendlay on his view of training. Then i remember him mentioning how Louie Simmons has powerlifters doing concrentric only training by doing sled work to increase their GPP as well as adding extra volume. Now chris thibs, although he is making it to be like he came across something great, i think he just has a better source to get it out there.

I looked at some videos an read more about it and i figured to give it a go, i did see how chris thibs did scheduled it out but i'll be experimenting on myself with different things.

srsly. try them with one second holds at the top and go full hang for one second at the bottom of each rep. it will KILL you.
