FRIDAY WORKOUT

I just was in a different mood of things for friday's workout..didn't want to look at my log book, didn't want to do DC but i wanted to just squat..DC has me squatting at the end of the workout when im already tired and i just wanted to squat at the beginning...

SQUATS:
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5 x 2 Sets
drop set. 315 x 6, 225 x failure, 135 x failure

followed that by Leg Press, RDLs, Single Leg Curls, and a few sets of preacher curls..had to rush the end of my workout because had to head to a dinner meeting. but overall i felt great. My legs felt totally pumped!

Default New training group

Met a new group of guys who I went to join with a workout today twice..once in the morning and then met again at night. These guys are bodybuilders and have competed at a few shows before. We did chest in the morning and back at night. I wanted to see how they worked out and it was interesting..just 4 exercises for chest and 4 for back.

AM Chest Workout:
Incline Barbell: 3-sets
Flat Barbell: 3-sets
Decline Barbell: 3-set
Flat DB Flyes: 1-set failure

PM Back Workout:
Tate Rows
Reverse Grip Pulldowns
DB Row
HS Single Arm Pulldowns
again everything was 3 sets

all my weights went down..both of the guys kept on telling me to squeeze the muscle hard on the way up and slow negative and them telling me to feel the muscle stretch..ok i've felt pumped before, but today was a painful but awesome pump..my chest was full and my back was crazy. They are pretty cool guys, they don't talk much which is my kind of group. We will be working out together whenever possible. These guys are pretty damn muscular too...
