Thanks, I'm considering some schedule changes so I can train earlier with Herc410. If I do, Wednesday training will be shorter but I don't have to deal with a terribly packed gym. It's tempting. Also, the last rep of the last set of 225 was very slow. As usual props to a good spotter, some jump in at the first sign of difficulty.
