Funny thing seen this session: I looked over from the power rack, to see two skinny black guys with 20/25lb dumbbells, sitting side by side on a bench, cheating on concentration curls, in unison, while bopping to the music....in unison. It was some dance song I remember from a few years ago.

Great Workout, what some would call an Alpha Day, 315x1 felt lighter today than 185 feels on some days.
I really tend to find I have great sessions when I've had a good amount of water already that day.

Mine are feeling very good, my only squatting issue right now is making sure my knees are well lubricated, and my hip stretches have all been done.

I'm considering dabbling in sumo deadlift again, on HERC410's suggestion. I was always stronger in it, though about 2 years ago I ended up pulling a groin muscle from them, which stopped squatting or deadliftting for a few weeks. Since then, I haven't really done them.

Thanks for the input, and congrats on the PR's I've seen in your log.

Thanks ONP.

Regarding sumos...I end up straining myself on those if I do too much too soon. My only advice is that if you try them, take several weeks and build up your conditioning.

Keep charging hard!

Thanks for the tips BtB, and thanks for the encouragement TH!

Hit my knee hard tonight, though going full steam ahead tomorrow on deadlifts.
