Running this for 6 weeks. Calories are low now, so i dont want to spin ym wheels, trying to gain ME strength, when im trying to really lean out hard. so this seemed right up my alleyway and will segway nicely into the next mass building phase

Hhaha you should have punched him in the ****en face...i actually hate anyone 21 and under in a gym or my mma studio..or women playing with multi colored weights that weight 5lbs in the free weight section...i feel your pain...next time rip his head off..show him his lifeless body..**** down the throat hole and then kick his head into oncoming traffic
