corpaul is off to a bad start
Default corpaul's road to being the biggest and strongest

I'm training for strongman at the moment, but since the season has ended for me I'll be focusing on getting my bench up for the following months as well.

Incline DB press
15x18kg (40lbs)
12x24kg (53lbs)
8x34kg (75lbs)
6x40kg (88lbs) probably PR
6x40kg (88lbs)
6x40kg (88lbs)
10x28kg (62lbs)
First time in ages since I did DB presses, especially incline presses. Not bad considering my bench is only 2x100kg.

Standing DB press
8x18kg (40lbs)
8x18kg (40lbs)
10x18kg (40lbs)
8x18kg (40lbs)
8x24kg (53lbs)

Floor press (close grip)
8x70kg (154lbs)
7x70kg
6x70kg
5x70kg
5x70kg
Never done this one before, triceps were dead already.

Seated viking press
8x60kg (132lbs)
4x70kg (154lbs)
6x60kg

Rock n Rollz
8x12
8x16
8x18 (40lbs)
8x16
Movement is too complicated for me :P

Tricep cable extension
15x
15x

Cable fly
12x
12x
15x
15x
