Training was heavy as **** today. Haven't had much time to train during the last weeks, and I could definitely notice that. Ah well better luck next time.

thanks, can do much heavier though... did 5x180kg squat and 4x220kg deadlift. only not yesterday

Did some arms and shoulders today. Probably will be doing some heavy rackpulls this Friday, after that I'm gone to Romania for 1 week (conference) and a couple of days to Antwerp (another conference). When I'm back I'm gonna do the 3x3 powerlifting program to get my bench and deadlift up.

thanks, seems to work best for my UB.

Savickas press: sit on your ass on the floor (legs on the floor too), and OH press the bar from the safety bars.. I did it from chest height
