OK first official day of my lean bulk is in the books! We got my diet all dialed in, supplementation all set and routine is good to go. My chest still has some nice fullness from yesterdays workout. Yesterday was chest,back and shoulders. My shoulders are getting some nice roundness to them I noticed during my workout yesterday. Definitely not saying it's my routine as I just started it but since my show in June they are really coming up nicely.

I had a good session today, sipped on some Muscle Marinade and worked the piss out of my arms and legs today. Total workout time 1:15, I need to try to get this to one hour so when I work out before work I won't need to get up earlier than 4am. Right now I'm getting 2 minutes rest between sets, probably going to take rest for arm's down to 60-90 seconds to shorten my work out time a little.

Sup fellas, been super busy. With training, work, school starting blah blah blah Just haven't had time to post much. This was the first official week of my routine, every thing went well as this was just a time to go through the whole routine, work on form and timing. Since this routine is just a basic style routine and nothing to amazing I'm going to post my work outs from here on out. I'm currently up to 175lbs and looking tubby! If I try really really hard I can still see some ab's but to me I think I look fat.

This was my last workout:


Chest:

Incline dumbbell press
45x12x2 WU
55x8
65x8
75x8x2

flat press
185x8
185x7
185x6x2

cross-bench dumbbell pullovers
45x8x4

Back:

Close-grip chins
BW x6x4 slow and controled

barbell bent-over rows
135x8x4 again slow reps

wide-grip pulldowns
180x8x4

Shoulders:

One-arm dumbbell side laterals
35x8x3 each arm

dumbbell press
40x8x3

barbell shrugs
225x8x3

Workout time 1:05 not bad, I was sweating pretty good. Rest time was roughly 60 seconds between sets, so even though the weight wasn't as high as it could have been there wasn't much rest. Worked on form as well.
