Rack Chins
- BWx8, BWx8 (warm ups)
- 50x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x3, 50x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x3

BB Rows
- 225x12, 275x10 - looks like i gotta up this weight maybe 5-10lbs.

Medium Grip Cable Pull Downs
- 140x13 (RP)x5 (RP)x3, 150x9 (RP)x6 (RP)x3

Bent Over Lat Rope Pulls
- 100lbs - 30 reps no matter how many stops. 12,4,5,3,3,3

Standing Rope Lat Pushdowns
- 130x12 (RP)x6 (RP)x4, 130x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x5

Seated Calf Raise (one second holds)
- 290x10 dropped to 230x5, 250x10 dropped to 210x5

this is the closest i could find to our style of doing them..we do one second holds and one second deadweight at the bottom to stretch...

leg ext
- 145x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x4
- 160x10 (RP)x6 (RP)x4

leg curls
