TitanCT's get big or die trying log.
trying out a new split with a lower volume style, have some weights to up but here goes.
chest and tri's
warm ups - 95x12, 115x12, 135x12
working sets - 225x8, 275x6, 185x15 (RP)x8 (RP)x6
Body Wgt Dips (cant find the damn dip belt)
- x15(RP)x8 (RP)x8
- 65x10, 80x10
- 185x10, 205x8
- 90x10, 90x10
- 150x15 (RP)x10 (RP)x8
edit: for those unaware. (RP) = Rest Pause. AND this split and exercise set up was given to me by Flex2019. (just to give credit where it's due)
