yeah ive done really high reps and super high volume before. i never really have issues. my body usually adjusts damn well to most workouts.

that said, this delt routine is completely new...and my shoulders still hurt and that workout is from monday.

I wanted to get your insight on the volume of your rear delt work? Seems much more than recommended by most.

I currently do 4 sets for rear and have been told that it's too much.

thanks carl. its a rotating thing. i gotta workout some routines myself based ont eha rticles but he has his routines and workouts in cycles..so ill keep this up as long as i dont get bored, basically.
