thanks man, everything feels pretty good... right now with my workouts i'm not going for constant PR's... i'm just doing as many heavy sets as i can and trying to go the heaviest i can on each particular day. my thought process is just be the best i can be every day and never limit myself mentally that i can only do so much.

i've been hearing alot about that recently... guys saying if they feel good that day on their warmups they'll go heavy and use low reps but if its not a great day they'll do higher reps and stay lighter... seems like a great plan.

school lunches suck i'd definitely recommend packing.

yeah... that's why i like chaos and pain. a lot of variety and on an off day you can just mix things up and not have to feel like your wasting time.

the food at mines pretty good... just terrible for me... we just got curly fries and the cookies at our school are hands down the best cookies i've ever had

thanks man. today i had my back angled closer to a 70 degree angle rather than trying to get close to 45. this helped with some explosion while still killing my back. going to keep that up.

not really. i just have a ****ty breaded chicken sandwhich. i have such a rediculous amount of carbs at lunch that i double my amount of carbs for the day... not good

Default Week 1- Workout 4- Speed day

WORKOUT

Cleans and speed bench were super set with each other. I would do 2 sets of each exercise supersetted and then take a short break. this line between sets '|' indicates a break taken

Hang Cleans- 45x5| 95x3x3 | 100x2x2 |110x2, 120x2 |120x2 130x2 | then i just did supersets with one set at a time 130x2 | 140x1 | 140x1 | 150x2PR possibly!??? form was decent on the last set but other wise pretty good

~SS with~

Speed Bench- 115x5 | 115x3x3 | 115x2x2 | 115x2x2 | 115x2x2 | 125x5| 125x2 | 125x2 |


Stair Jumps- 7, 7, 7

Chins- back was dead from yesterday so i stayed low rep easiness 5,5

Ab rollouts- 8,8 stopped i hate this cant get the feel right...

short BIKE cardio- 2minutes warm up | 30 seconds full sprint, 30 rest for 4 sets then 5 minutes cool down.... believe it or not, after that my glutes are dead
