not feeling it today, i lost my straps and my friends bar sucks

Deads- 135x5, 225x5, 275x2 tore calus(sp), 295x2, 315x1 then hand hurt so i stopped.

Military Press- 95x3, 1053, 115x3, 3, 125x3, 3, 135xmiss, 125x3, 3, 2, 115x3, 3

Bench Rack Lock Out- 115x5, 135x5, 185x3, then i forget... i think i hit some PR though??????????????

ahh we all have one of those days man..how's your elbow..i know when my elbow was bugging me, the bench rack lockouts irritated it more

way to push through kman, I also try to avoid heavy lockout work when my elbow bothers me. I get tendinitis every once in a while, but i usually just push through it with some anti inflammatory

Get that thing healed up and start crushing weight!

Workout

Incline Bench- 135x5, 155x3, 165x3, 170x3, 175x3, 165x3, 3, 3

Intensity on incline bench was great and rest was very limited

my calf hurt so i stopped calf raises at 8 plates...

Ab machine- 125x10ish, 140x8

Good workout
