Default Week 1- Workout 3- in and out

WORKOUT

Squat- 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x10not bad... but was worried because doing high rep squats is how i messed up my neck a while ago these were kind of breathing squats...

BB row- 135x5, 135x12 PR?, 135x10

had to get in and out quick so just hit some easy stuff...

Looks strong kman, have you ever thought about doing some neck exercises? If it worries you, then you should strengthen it

thanks...

no, i was just going to do some triples or something with 225, but then just for some reason wanted to do high reps... i set a goal of 10... and hit it... maybe could have done more, but probably would have hurt myself, lol

i dont know if that would help. maybe i need stretching. it's only on high rep sets. my neck, shoulders, and arms all get numb from holding the weight for so long and then problems occur

WORKOUT

short and intense- kept rest periods pretty damn short

Bench- 135x7is, 165x3, 185x3, 3, 3, 4, 2, 195x2, 205x1, 210x1, 185x2missed the 3rd

this all felt amazing... however i think the 185x4 and the 210x1 were a bit too high sets/weight for this volume if that makes sense... they wore me out to much to finish strong

these felt terrible and then on the 215x2 some douche from my school was looking and i felt motivated on that set. after that set i realized i was selling myself short and i finished strong

went to do neutral grip hanging arm raises and then i aggrivated my elbow, my elbows been bothering me lately

tomorrow i think i will do speed deadlifts, speed Military Press, Abs and something else... if i go to the gym to do it, i'll do lat pull downs
