Awesome work kman, solid shoulder presses.

I did the same thing as you, I benched yesterday and did shoulders today. So my shoulders were dead at the beginning of the workout, lol

took the night off... im out of school tomorrow so i played poker all night at my friends... went up about $30... i've made $60+ playing poker this week

I'm back after three days off... i've just been lazy lately...

i've played a lot of poker these past few days... made a lot of money, both online and in real life... btw, if any of you are on Full tilt we should play some time

WORKOUT

gym was closed so i just did somethings at home

Deficit Power Cleans- 95x2x3, 115x2x3, 125x2, 135x2, 145x1, 155xmiss..., 135x3x3

Yates Rows- 135x5, 155x5x5 Never done these before so i started real light. i like them, but it seems they may strain my low back staying in that position... not sure. will probably keep in the mix for a while, i like them a lot more than regular BB rows.

tomorrow i'll get a real workout in!
