Nice work on the presses Kman. I don't care for the chest supported T-bat either. Takes the leverage out of the lift for me.

thanks, i really like those, but yesterday was one of those days where there was no room at all to throw a bar down and do them

thanks BTB, same... i was thinking they may be good for a slow and contolled BB style movement, but even for that there are so many better movements i think they're kind of useless

Default Week 4- Workout 2- squat

WORKOUT

today was a great workout, but apparently all the spotters in the world got together and decided whenever they spotted me they would touch the bar.

Squat- the bar was bent and it kept rolling funny on my back. 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275, 295, 305x1(pr to depth), i feel like i could have went a little heavier, but my spotter touched the bar some and i didn't want to go up if i wasnt even 100% sure i had done the last set

Incline Bench- 135x5, 155x3, 165x3, 175x3, 185x2, 185x2, 195x1, 165x4, 165x5

... then i left, although i was killing it i wasnt feeling it and my spotters were pissing me off

Push Press- 95x5, 115x3, 115x3, 125x3, 125x3, 135x3, 135x3

~Super Set With~

Fat Bar Clean and Press- 45x5, 45x5, 65x3, 65x3, 75x, 85x3, 85x3couldnt go super heavy because i can drop this at my gym and its hard as hell to bring it down without dropping it

~Super Set With~

BB Row- 135x5, 155x5, 165x3, 175x2x3, 185x2x3
