Default Time to Cut

Starting 5/3/1 on Monday, August 23. As of right now I am thinking of running Boring but Big

Chest
Bench
Bench 5sets X 10 reps @ 50% 1RM
Incline Bench

Deads

Deads 5 X 10 @ 50
Good Mornings

Strict Military Press
Military Press
Military Press 5 X 10 @ 50
Rear Delt Flyes

Squats
Squats
Squats 5 X 10 @ 50
Leg Press

Wave A. Warmup, 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 85% x 5

Wave B. Warmup, 80% x 3, 85% x 3, 90% x 3

Wave C. Warmup, 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1

Wave D. Deload wave – 60% x 5, 65% x 5, 70% x 5

Those are the percentages I'm using for my main lifts.
