Pretty good workout. Lots of Rep PR's which is always good. I like getting Single Rep PR's better, but any PR is a good one. My chest was pretty destroyed after DB Incline. I was completely fried after my workout was finished. Back Day tomorrow.

Good workout today. The dumbbells felt super heavy at first, then I realized that they were 5 pounds heavier than I though they were because people don't know how to put the weight back where it needs to go. Anyways, only one pr today but it still felt good and my shoulders were done by the end of the workout. Arms tomorrow.
