Bench Press Day

Bench
170 X 5 (Forgot to get the percentage from 90% of my 1RM, oops, but I realized it after this set and fixed it)
160 X 5
175 X 5
100 X 10 (5 sets)(3 sets regular grip, 2 sets wide grip)

Incline
115 X 10
100 X 10 (4 times)
(3 sets regular grip, 2 sets wide grip)


The weight all felt really easy, but my chest was still pretty destroyed by the end of the workout. Its good to be back in the gym.

Thanks man, 4 days off from the gym. I don't like that at all. 4 days off from work, I can get used to that.

Nice workout. But why didn't you rep out the last set? The last set of 5 for bench is as many as possible

And also I was wrong about deads. I just read the ebook today and he wrote 5x10 for deadlift assistance....idk where the 5x8 came from

yeah so if your training max is 100 the first week would go like this:

65x5
75x5
85x as many as possible

you do this just for the main lift of the day.
