Since I started http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/tra...adventure.html my family has temporarily moved to Michigan. This means that I can once again get into the gym 5-6 days a week consistently and no longer need to use York as a way to remove a day or two from my preferred upper/lower split. So, I am starting this new log.

Squats: warmup@315*10, 5*365, 5*385, 5*405, 5*455, 3*475, 3*480, 3*485, 315 for 2 minutes
Calf Presses: warmup@10*270 (each leg), 5*360 (each leg), 5*410 (each leg), 3*410 (each leg), 10*410 (both legs), 12*410, 15*410, 10*410, 270 for 1 min each leg
Kneeling Single Leg Curls: warmup@10*45, 5*90, 5*100, 5*100
Abs (forgot my ab wheel, so I did jack knives instead):
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 2nd/middle rung, 25 side bends, and 15 jack knives
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest rung, 50 side bends, and 20 jack knives
14 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 2nd rung, 50 side bends, and 15 jack knives
8 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 3rd rung, 50 side bends, and 10 jack knives
8 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 4th/highest rung, 50 side bends, and 10 Jack knives

Pretty good workout. I got a nice bench PR, but the machine flies were pretty gay.

Nice w/o man. Do you always use lower reps on calf exercises?

Those are some pretty solid ATG squats too!

I sometimes get into the 10-15 range on calves.
