Yeah, It was quite annoying. Thanks, I'm on my way to 200 for BTN, pressing my BW is my basic goal there so that will be nice.

Default Tues - 31 Aug 10 - Lower Body

Front squats: 10*135, 5*225, 5*275, 3*295, 3*315 (PR), 2*5*225
ss with
Seated calf raises: 10*90+BW, 15*135+BW, 12*135+BW, 4*10*135+BW
Deadlifs: 5*225, 3*315, 2*335, 1*355, epic fail at 365 which really pisses me off because I have done this with no problems!!! I have however isolated my issue with deads to my grip... my hands just simply give way to the weight when I fail at a rep. So, I'm gonna continue farmer's walks every lower body session and direct forearm/grip work every upper body.
Abs & Cardio:
