Notes: Uggh, I tried to get back into things by making up for missing my deadlift yesterday and getting my presses in. It was ok, but not as good as I had hoped. I did try beltless deadlifts for the first time, and thought I did pretty good getting a 405. I tried for 425 but felt a twinge in my back, not injured but it felt like I would have hurt it if I had pulled anymore.

Default My absence

Life has been downright shitty lately. Wife & I are still having problems, money is tight as hell, and to top that all off I wrecked my car on Friday! It looks lik it will be totalled and they're probably gonna consider me "at fault" because I was turning left, even though the guy I t-boned ran the light. Thank God for insurance. Then the wife has been going on & on about how we need two cars, yeah well that ain't happenin' because the insurance might not pay enough to settle the loan and I actually coudn't afford both payments before this. So, I think I'll be taking back my other car that she sees as hers and she can sort herself out for a ride! We really need to split up, she is literally either the source or serious aggravation for every single one of my problems in life.
