Notes: PRs on front squat and BTN presses, but rack pulls sucked and I ran out of time for abs. On the rack pulls, I should have waited for my chalk order to come before doing any form of dead lifting, I nearly re-tore my callus from last week and the bar rolled into my finger in the rack while I was setting up 405. So, I had to drill a hole into my finger nail and spew blood all over my kitchen to relieve the pressure!
