On an Elite FTS GHR.

If you do not have access to an actual GHR machine there are a number of ways to do them, there was even a thread on these awhile back on this site somewhere if you can find that, a few members had some pretty creative ways.

Training today could have been the biggest mistake thus far. I thought I was feeling really good, decided to punish myself a bit and do some extra clean and press work since this is my biggest weakness. I planned to do 30 reps, one every minute... By 12 I was hurtin, at 15 I had no more left in me. My head was throbbing with each rep. I was barely able to put my equipment away, choked my shake down and drove home. Upon arriving home I imediately hit the floor and didn't get up for about 20 minutes, couldnt get my heart rate or breathing to come all the way down. It was hard getting off of the floor, couldnt sit up, had to roll over and get on my hands and knees to get up. I am feeling somewhat ill, sore everywhere, and I cannot eat anything. I think my body is getting a little pissed at me. That was defenitely not the right thing to do today.

Set ego aside and take a break. Ive done it several time this year and didn't lose any strength, if anything it helped me progress. And if that keeps up get some real advice, that sh!t isn't normal brother.

Get some rest and eat everything not tied down. I had that happen to me once on a squat day. Not a fun time.

Now for a quick question. My head tells me that even on a non training day , especially if possible over training has occured, that taking two servings of cell mass as if I was training that day, once mid morning and the other in the eveing is a very good idea. Is this just a waste or is my thinking correct?

I cant answer that question for you but this is what I learned durring times when my body gets ****ty..I take two days off and I eat out of my diet..like Gasper the giant suggested.. Beer and Burgers..I dont know man but it helped me relax..Then I headed down to the beach with my girl and walked the sands and that helped to..Now I am back and Strong as bull!
