The swiss bar curls really left my entire core feeling sore today. Initially I felt the bicep pump you would normally get from curls but today I am feeling sore and tight all throughout my mid section. Had the bar plus a 35 on each side for 3 sets of ten. The heat index is over 100 degrees here today and Ill be outside doing some Farmers training. Light weight to work on form, speed, turns etc. Not that it makes any difference I guess because our gym is not air conditioned anyway, might as well be outside!

Got to the gym a little later than usual, was hoping this heat might start to diminish, but I was wrong. Went very well today though, just did some light farmers training while the sun was setting. The group that usually trains later in the night was there and finishing up about the same time, so we all just kind of got a chance to realx for a little bit and shoot the ****, little fellow Man time is always a good thing. I should be ready to hit the Zerchers and Prowler HARD tomorrow!

Had the best workout of the week today. Zerchers are fun I discovered. I can't wait to try Zercher Goodmornings sometime. I suck in every way imaginable at GHR's, lucky to get maybe one. so FAIL there but had alot of fun trying to sprint with 240 pounds on the E-Prowler! With a heat index ove over 100 today it was very interesting! I love it though! I got done and got home and just had massive amounts of energy for some reason, so I mowed part of the yard in the dark, we will see what that looks like in the morning! Sitting here devouring my massive taco sallad

Thats ok who needs A/C in the gym? At the end of the day, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks though man, you too.

Today, Friday the 13th was actually a pretty good day, didn't set any records by any means but then again I was basically doing a bodybuilding style workout. Not much to say really I guess, basic day in the gym didn't get to do anything real cool today.

every just do negatives with the GHR's. you can just push yourself up with your arms and then once you get to the top just slowly lower yourself to the ground again

That is what I ended up having to do. I feel stupid watching these small guys doing them while hugging a plate for sets, and I can hardly get one. I'm thinking they are just a bitch for tall heavy guys haha defenitely something I will never give up on though. One day I will master them.
