Around 3000 calories and at least 225 of protein.
Im getting tired of this. Its been a month since I can sleep on sundays. I have 2 partial exams today, how in the hell am I gonna do them if my head feels like its going to explode??
Seriously not even 1 hour of sleep.

nop. right now Im only taking whey protein. and I finished my bottle of vitamins a couple weeks ago.
Its pretty weird, cause it only happens on sundays. Its like I forget how to fall sleep...
