Default Max's Break, Bulk & something to do with Weights

So today started my break from West Side. I will be working hard still, but I wanted to put my new found power into some reps and pump for baby jesus

This is the template
Monday-Chest/Abs
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs/Calves/Abs
Thursday- Arms ( Biceps/Triceps)
Friday-Shoulders/Traps/Abs

I need to take a break before my body falls apart..So today went like this

1) Incline Bench
135x15/15/15/15/15

2) Flat BB Press
135x12
145x12
210x12 (Could Have done 220, Felt it in my bones but felt something in my shoulders as well)
155x12
135x15

3) Flat DB Press
55x12/12/12

4) Flat DB Flyes
30x12/12/12/12

5) Roman Chairs - 5 x 60

6) Weighted Side Bend/Sit Ups Super Set
Side Bends with 45lb Plate - 3 x 20 Both Side
Sit Ups - 3 x 20 Real Slow for burn

Done

Food today and prepared for later
1) Woke Up - 40 gram protein shake
2) Before work Out - 40 gram shake + Creatine Burst + Normal Creatine + Coffee
3) After Work Out - 40 gram shake + Normal Creatine + Whole Banana
4) 1 grilled Chicken Breast "Large" , 3 cups veggie madness (Brocoli,Carrots,Green Squash) Whole Weat pasta Salad with vinigar and Oil + 5 large grilled Jumbo Shrimp
5) 40 Gram Protein Shake
6) 3 Cans of Large Tuna not those Pussy cans, 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and 2 cups Raw Brocoli

Lol fuker! Dude, im cutting back a tad on weight. Liquid protein diets are great for that, plus i have proven to myself that durring liquid protein diets in high volume, i am stronger and have more energy..i need to shake up the diet a tad...i am only running this for a few to drop some fatty áreas

You trippin. After hearing that, im about to whip you up a batch of liquid protein.

Whole foods will having you feeling fuller so you dont binge eat, they will boost your metabolism more because your body works harder digesting them, have more nutrients, and they wont stress your kidneys like 'dem shakes will.....

I dunno, if it really works for you and you like it, then go for it. But i wouldnt suggest eating like that more than twice a week.

Ya man, i got strong as all fack..but it realy took a toll on my joints, so alittle break and pound out some reps is what the dr. Ordered....just felt good to smash out high reps...body loved it, chest is on fire still...tomorrow is back, gonna pull 5bills again with the homie and light that back up with some rep work

6) Hyperextensions @ body weight with a lot of pauses to hold forum - 5x20

Cardio -

Cross Track - 1 mile in under 8 mins - burned 120 cals

Food for the day-
1) Protein Shake - 40 grams pro
2) Subway- 12 inch Cold cut combo, heavy on the veggies and on wheat
3) Super large Chicken Breast ( It was the size of 2), Mixed steamed veggies, 4 egg whites
4) Protein Shake - 40 grams pro
5) 2 Morning Star Patties - 17 gram of pro each , 2 whole eggs, Mixed Veggies
