Thanks Steve! My biceps and triceps feel good, feel worked as all hell..Today is shoulders,Traps,Abs and maybe if I can squeeze it in some cardio.

Friday - Shoulders/Traps/Abs

1) Over Head Military Press

3) Standing Upright front rows - On the second set I felt something pinch in my hand that hurt, I finished the set, went for the thrid and it friggen hurt again so I stopped short

Food for the day already eaten and will eat

1) 25 gram protein shake, 1 low fat crossant, Sauage and Egg thing
2) Pre Work out - 25 gram pr shake with Creatine Blast and 1 full scoop of normal creatine
3) Post work out - 25 gram shake with 1 scoop normal creatine + 1 apple
4) 1 whole chicken from juan pollo - 2 breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings + 1 cup brown rice + 2 home grown tamatos
5) 1 whole chicken from juan pollo - 2 breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings + 1 cup brown rice + 2 home grown tamatos
6) 1 large can of tuna + Brocoli+ Carrots + After meal orange

1- before sleep- 25 gram protein
2- woke up - 25 gram protein
3- 1 giant rib eye steak+1 whole can of green beans
