@ strkout35 - I can row 135's for 8 but 24 didnt have 135 + I am going to pull next time 140 or 150's for reps...My back got strong as HELL while I was on West Side my Highest numbers for back are

Pull UPs - max 25 reps

DeadLifts - 500 probably could pull 510

Cable pull downs 210 or more, I know I can pull like 250 but I want to do it clean

Low Pull 300 and more probably could do 400 but the machine does not go that high, Gonna rigg it though to pull 400+

Bent Over BB Row - 200 very clean

Supported T-bar row - 220 clean, 240 shady, 250 really shady

Hyperextensions - body weight like a pimp, 45lb plate AT 20 clean, 50lb plate to 15,100lb weight vest @ 3 sets at 20 reps
