Not a bad idea to just shut down squats. Work back into heavy squats and then set some new PRs. I miss seeing hit squat PRs all the time

i know man... my motivation has been **** lately...

this new BB approach is actually resparking my interest in lifting though, so i hope to start hitting PRs again soon

A new approach can always help motivation, but you are doing great kman. You are extremely strong for your age, I wish I was at your level when I was your age.

Hang in there, next week you are going to crush some squats

tomorrow im going to make up for today by killing shoulders and tris.

then wednesday i'm going to warped tour with my friend and two INSANELY HOT girls... will be taking it off and then thursday i'll crush legs and back

went to warped tour a few years back, was sick. saw some dude who got his nipple ring ripped off and his nipple was bleeding like crazy and ripped in half. hope that doesnt happen to you have fun

need to get cals up, but fat down... i usually have a problem getting fat in if anything, so this is a rare occurrence.
