thanks man, i think when i get back and have some time to plan it, it should be easy. i'm not sure what approach i want to take to start off. i think i'll do the whole 2-3 days no carbs then high carb day. i think that'd be easy. on the no carb days i wouldnt even count calories so long as i was getting in enough and then on carb days i would count cals (except on cheat days)

it'd probably go like this

sun-no carb
mon- no carb
tues-no carb
wed-high carb
thurs- no carb
fri-no carb
sun-cheat day or cheat window

and yeah man, i'm trying to get my parents to read it or put some of its practices into their lives.

also i need to get the supps together for the pre/post meals

Worked out today.... Just did some high rep bench, pull ups, and Arnold presses

Default Week 1- CHEST!!!!!!!!!!!

WORKOUT

killed my chest today! i found out my endurance sucks, so you'll notice some weak weights gonna work on this and i think it will improve in a few weeks

Bench- 135x5, 165x5, 175x2, 175x6+1 forced rep... spotter sucked so it wasnt a "real" forced rep, 195x2

my chest was already dead lol

Incline BB Bench- 135x5, 155x6, then couldnt even get 185 for 1... yeah, like i said i need to build up my endurance

standing DB military- the two racks were taken up and it was too busy to just clean a bar so i just did 35sx6+ i forget the exact, 45s X 6PR i think lol, been a while

Hammer Strenght Iso Lateral Wide Chest- 2plates X 5 easy, 2plates + 2 35's X 6, 4plates X 5, $ plates and 2 25's X5 PRstill fairly easy (had a few more reps) but i want room to grow

Pec Dec- 100x12, 185x10PR i think ~droped straight to 140x6... my bis started to get more worn than my chest so i called it quits


GREAT WORKOUT, going to take some getting used to the high reps and colume... i know today i didnt necessarilly stick with the reps i previously specified, but i think i'll just vary the rep ranges...

STATED THE DIET- just focusing on food timing for now... then will move to more advanced stuff... right now im gonna eat 3200 cals a day

nice workout man, and yeah the same thing happens to me if i try to go too high volume my numbers go wayyy down. i'm sure your body will get used to it quickly though and numbers will shoot up

i agree... it was nice to have a huge pump today anyway, so im still counting it as a successful workout.

the total volume is greater than my past workouts, so im sure it will be a + as far as muscle goes

until i get extremely bored, haha. i will probably swap out exercises occasionally.

WORKOUT

wasnt feeling it... 1st time heavy lifting sense vacation and i had been up since 7:30 (went to sleep at 3:30) to go to funeral

Squat- 45x?, 135x6, 185x3, 225x3... stopped

BB ROW- 165x6x3 (sets X reps)

BB curls- 65x5, 85x5, 85x3, 85x4
