yep, on shoulder day that's my primary tri exercise. i like skulls but they mess my elbows up too badly. i'm going to look for something else, idk what yet.

I love me some CGP, Skullies use to kill my elbows also, just set ego to the side and go light and progressively increase the weight as time goes by. Dont even use it as a primary lift, just throw it in at the end of a w/o.

WORKOUT

Squat- 45xwu, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3 was feeling strong at this point but i havent squatted in a while so did 255x3, 275x2

GETTING BACK UP THERE GUYS!!!! these were super ****ing deep. i widened my stance a little, so im still doing dive bomber style just wider stance

BB ROWS- 135x5, 155x3, 175x6x3 (sets X reps)

DB shrugs- 85x8PR, 90x8PR i know these look light but im holding them at the top for about two seconds and it makes a ton of difference for me.

some ab work

time to go to work
