I have been using a norwegian forum, but the response and advices was a bit out of my reality, so i now go for muscleandbrawn!!

today was awesome!

Squats: warmup

60kg * 6
80kg * 6
100kg * 5
120kg * 1 (PR)
100kg * 4
100kg * 2
100kg * 2 + 70kg * 6
80kg * 6
80kg * 8
80kg * 8
80kg * 8

Front Squats:

60kg * 6
70kg * 6
70kg * 3 (i had to let go when i tried the 4th)
70kg * 4

Leg extensions:

40kg * 20
40kg * 20
40kg * 20

I have seriosly falled in love with squats!! And i feel raped now after todays gym session
Hope everybody else had a good and progressive training also!!

good workout man, congrats on the PR, squats are the king of all lifts so it is a good one to be addicted to

thanx people! and to my partner big swede, great job today as usuall:-) This superpump 250 really makes me focus alott better. I belive focus is a important part of weightlifting!
