Today we only had one hour at the gym.. (HATE it when people aint following the routines we set!) But was a good day!

By the way, ive been reading about different diets, but just gets misunderstanding when i read all the strange words (their to technical). Any tips on how i can get less fat on my stomage? All my other body parts are good..

I really don't care about diets, i just do cardio 3 days a week and and abs every two or three days a week. This really helps me reduce fat from stomach.
