little buddy? ha nice. check out my log the links in my sig. squat and deads are going great. bench sucks but oh well. everything else is going well kicking back this summer then college next year

Well ur still playin with the 5 and up game, i know i personally saw better growth once i started dipping into the singles doubles and triples and using a higher % of my max. Plus the look of the muscle is better imho, maybe u should try dropping down a bit yourself.

well one of the things im thinking about doing is a 5x3. regardless of my scheduling this will probably be the base for my sets and reps.

I'm thinking the same thing. I'll start with 5x3 and sww how that goes for a while and I'll go from there. Maybe adding more triples or using doubles and singles

yeah i like doubles and singles to but i mean youve been using 3x5 right, switching to 5x3 keeps your volume the same while allowing you to use a higher % of your max
