nice job with the cgbp PR tho, itll be tough to hit new PR's at first with the limited rest but when you get used to it your stamina will increase and youll start to hit them again. Keep it up tho man your lookin solid

Its not necessarily my stamina. Its that I have to make sure other people are taking care of themselves and its keeping me from being able to get my weight ready on the limited rest. I really need to get progress pics up, I need to recruit the sister to use the camera.

Notes
Very good workout today. Every workout has been good, but I always love back day. Doing some semi-heavy weight on deadlifts with only 90 seconds rest is just as hard as doing super heavy weight on singles with tons of rest for me. Its a good challenge.

Notes
This is week 2 so now I am doing 4 sets on every exercise. I am happy with my flat bench numbers, but next week I am going to focus on getting my DB Incline and DB Shoulder Press numbers up since they stalled this week. This workout felt incredible, and I was sweating like crazy! Let's just say it hurt to brush my teeth and put on deodorant after my workout.

Forgot to add

182.5 lbs and approx. 14% body fat as of this morning. And my stomach was growling with hunger and I was done with the morning business. Glad to see the scale moving again in the good direction. And haven't added too much body fat.
