Notes
Awesome workout today. It felt good to at least somewhat squat over 300. Once again I was feeling strong. I stayed after to help spot a friend of mine and he pushed me to try for 315 on Bench Squats so I got 315 X 4 on that and it was a (PR). So overall, an awesome day in the gym today. Sets of 2 next week.

I've done deep squats before actually. I think I need to let go of my ego and do them some more. I just like heavy weight so much, but I know deep squats will help me in the long run.

Great squat weight bud, but you really got get lower. doing heavy weights is not as important as getting deep into the squat. Watch some videos on form, I think you could handle the same weight if you get your form down, and you will hit parallel

Yep, I'd rather see someone rep out with 135 ATG squats than 1/4 squats. But kudos for doing the work bro!

My hammies were sore from the squats and SLDLs yesterday for the first time in a long time. This adjusted diet is working well for me, but I am sort of confused about when to eat my carbs on my off days. Sets of 2 this week. I'm pumped.
