Zerchers are cool. In your opinion, are they better suited as assistance to conventional squat, or better for deadlift?

I think they would help both. It would be real hard for me to pick. After doing them heavy for the first time, I'm surprised more people aren't using them.

Tried something a bit different today. I've been working on a new approach to help break through my plateaus. I will reveal more this weekend.
