Wed we decided to do an "active rest day" I had already done my cardio and abs for the day so I was set. lol

Thurs we did legs-
~Half squats on the smith machine (down, half way up, down, up)
Machine+25x12
Machine+45x12
Machine+50x12
~Leg press super setted with Calf raises on the leg press machine
Machine+360x12
Machine+380x12
Machine+400x12
Calves- each weight 20 reps
~Leg extensions
80x15
90x15
100x15
~Hamstring curls
60x12 (individual legs) x15(double legs)
80x12 ^^same
90x10 ^^same
~Sumo Squats (new gym has an awesome machine for these!)
80x20
120x20
160x20
~Walking lunges
45# on back x30x2

and done... I felt very strong and very amped to workout! Overall it was a good workout.

Today we did chest. I always do chest lighter because I don't want to have a 'manly' chest and I know my body would have the tendency to develop that.

Fri- LEGS!! my fav! Took my HS about 45 mins before lifting and def got my tingle on! I took it about an hr after eating so I almost had a empty stomach.. which was perfect!

~7 sets on leg press.... ouch....

Press+270x15x6 +felt nice and strong! :twisted:

major quad pains on sunday... MAJOR! lol

Sat- arms took HS but then it was like 6 hrs till we lifted... lol but we did go see "The Other Guys" Freakin' hilarious!

~Arnold Concentrated BB curls

*Overall it was a pretty strong workout for having taken the HS so long before workout. Arnold curls felt great though! I really like those since the normal curls hurt my wrists.

Sunday- rest... did do some swimming with the Fam, that was great and relaxing

Major quad pain! I've never seen hacks done on a Smith. They sound nice and intense.

~45 mins on treadmill in the am before work- burned 700 cals! Booo-ya!

I did get really shakey after I took my HyperShock yesterday which was new... that's never happened before to me, but I think it was because I hadn't eaten enough. I had eaten oats and protein and eggs at about 8am and we were lifting at 1pm... just lost track of time and didn't eat like I need to! but it went away after I downed a protein bar and my strenght up-ed. just in time for devilish dips... lol

...then went out for a night on the town of dancing and drinking! lol haven't done that in for-ever! It felt great to just let go and relax! And my quads actually hurt today from all the dancing... its crazy! But I'm felt suprisingly good yesterday cosidering..... lol!
