Strength wise...I feel OK...it's kinda hard to test my strength and actually do work to increase my strength when I am training alone

but seriously, you should be good for a while... dont take this the wrong way, but i can see a guy your size getting crushed by 135 squats or whatever.... just do it.

where do you train? if a gym, why not ask for a spot.

No offense taken bro. 135 is kinda light for me. Last time I maxed out, it was about 325. Right now, I'm getting back into the groove of things and I am working myself back up to that. I just joined a new gym so I am the guy everyone stares at. Plus today, i was a loner in the gym.
