This whole workout ****in rocked, squat PR and that crazy drag thing for cardio was awesome!!!

Abs (forgot my ab wheel, so I did jack knives instead):

Yeah, the pause at the top is partly this guy offering me his air compressor to fill the tire, and looking at me like I'm ****in nuts when I refuse.

That was challenging. That tire doesn't stay on the rim so when it slips it shifts the entire thing.
