Default SFW! - Christine Tackles a Mad Cow

Oh yeah. So that's pretty much the coolest log title ever. I came up with it in 2 seconds. You can get my autograph later.

Been so very MIA over my prep, but I'm so excited to start a log back up again! Last one was an epic fail. And I've got some catching up to do on the other logs as well...

I've pretty much deserted BB.com because of it's f@ggotry, and I'm devoted to MAB now, officially. I've learned more from the people on this website in 1 day than I have in WEEKS on that retarded excuse for a training forum.

Stepping off the soapbox, and getting back to my thread title...

I've decided to tackle MADCOWS. The high-frequency squats are going to really kick my ass, but I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. Apparently I don't have to be scared until the 4th week, because that's when things actually start getting really tough. But I'm excited, and ready to SFW!!

My program started on Monday, and knowing me and my powerlifting noobishness, I'll probably need a lot of help. But you guys are good with that, I think

NEW GOALS:

Bench: 180
Squat: 285
Deadlift: 315

YEAH, these are high goals. But they're not necessarily "short-term" either. I'm not setting a particular date, I'm just going to bust my ass until I reach them.

Oh yeah, and if I happen to die before I finish the first couple weeks of this program, I'd like for my log to be stickied. THANKS STEVE!!

Good luck, when you are tossing up that kind of weight you could lift with the big dogs out here at the Gold's Gym in Arlington.
