Sleep: 10/10
DOMS: N/A
Training: 8/10

DAY:Heavy Day

NOTES:

FINALLY some goddamn workouts in here!

Sorry about the lack of updates, my workouts will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'll be doing grip work/AR on off days...I would probably do some GPP work, but I don't have access to the gym on Tues/Thurs until I move in July. No biggie though, I could use the extra calories saved from just lazing around.

I had NO idea what kind of weights I could do, so this week is going to be a lot of guesswork, but I suppose it always is when you first start. Better to underestimate and progress than overestimate and stall out.

Next week, these numbah's go UP

P.S. My body held onto a WHOLE (snicker) 2 lbs. after my contest on June 5th...which isn't bad at all, considering most people gain a good 15-20 lbs. after a show, and nearly half of that stays. So I'm weighing in at a DEADLY 112 lbs. That's 13 lbs. less than my starting weight at 16 weeks out!! It's a no wonder my strength is down a little. But that should be back shortly.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Squats:

95 lbs, 1x5
115 lbs, 1x5
135 lbs, 1x5
155 lbs, 1x5
175 lbs, 1x1 (fail, my back felt weak)

Dropped down to:

165 lbs, 1x4

(I'll try not to be too hard on myself for this. I have to remember, when I squatted 195 I was also 12 lbs. heavier than I am now. Still lacking some strength from my cut.)

Bench:

55 lbs, 1x5 (lulz)
65 lbs, 1x5
75 lbs, 1x5
80 lbs, 1x5
80 lbs, 1x5

(I know for sure I can get 90 next week. Moved pretty fast between sets here.)

BB Rows: (testing the waters)

85 lbs, 1x5
95 lbs, 1x5
105 lbs, 1x5
115 lbs, 1x5
120 lbs, 1x5

(easy shiat)

Weighted Hyperextensions: (Very long ROM)

45 lbs, 1x10
45 lbs, 1x10

Decline Weighted Sit-ups: (raised on top of 4 stacked plates)

45 lbs, 1x10
45 lbs, 1x10
35 lbs, 1x10
35 lbs, 1x10 + 5 extra 6-second negatives

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't wait to see these go up next week!

Pretty tired. Had the gayest PWO meal ever...I bought these chocolate chip granola bars the other day, and it's such false advertisement! They make them look HUGE and chewy and delicious on the outside, but then you take them out and they're literally like barely the size of my palm. Miserable. Urgh.

Had my cheat meal tonight!! Extra creamy rice pudding with reeses chocolate

Taste rating? Well, the rice pudding was a 10/10 for sure, but I shouldn't have added the reese's into the pudding itself. Bit of an overkill, it would have been better separate. Next time!

Thanks J

Here's pics of my cheat meal:

And then I had 4 of these babies:

Surprisingly, I don't feel sick at all. I decided to have a homemade cheat dessert rather than a cheat dinner/meal.Probably a bit of a sugar overkill, but that's alright.
