Thanks BTB! I think I might have a minor setback, shoulder was kinda achy past two days, went to get a set of cuffs from my partner today and BAM! Felt like a red hot knife cutting into my left shoulder ( R/C area) WTF! Hopefully I have just been sleeping wrong...

Maybe I should invest in one. Starting to get a little frustrating...Maybe Ill go to lower weight and higher reps, keep it simple for the summer and maybe some EZ curls in the squat rack....LMFAO
