Thursday Workout: LEG DAY

Parrallel Box Squat with slight pause on box: (focus on accelerating the bar)
275x3
315x3
335x3
345x3
365x3
405x3 (performed them with control movement throughout the lift-felt like i could have gone up again but i figured there's always another day)

RDL
185x10-12x4sets

Leg Press:
didnt care much about the weight just the movement working the muscle
4x10-15 reps

Single Leg-Curl
3x10 each leg

Some calf work/and heavy ass abs!

DONE! time for a contrast shower!

Honestly im not sure what my best lifts are...things that i do remember is

3-board max is 385
Box Squat 500
Sumo Deadlift 475 but never fully maxed it out came up pretty easy

not totally accurate but i know for sure when i move back home to hawaii and have some real spotters around i'll be able to max it out more..always wanted to get into competitive lifting..just gotta do it!

Default Time to Grow! DC style

This pass week i've tried DC Style training with incorporating extreme stretching. never kept a log of the weights i used or exercise more just went in to get a feeling for the style of training and see whether or not i would enjoy doing it. Gotta make sure i enjoy the training. Overall, decided it would be something i will be taking up and giving it a try for awhile. Calls for 6 weeks of going all out followed by two weeks of cruising. So here it goes!
