Yea it goes by pretty quickly about 15-20 minutes..but after the lifting I go ahead and do the cardio then after the cardio I do 3 exercises for accessory work. It;s usually a 45 min to and hour workout including warm-ups.

Note:
Forgot my workout log book and wasnt sure on my rest in between sets, it was supposed to be 90 sec, but instead i did 60 sec. oh well...it was still a good workout

Wednesday (AM)
1A) Deadlift- 275x5
rest 60 sec
1B) Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - 240x5 (2-45s,1-25, and a 10) think thats the right amount
rest 60 sec
1C) DB Rows- 75x5
rest 60 sec repeat 5 more times

Cardio: Rowing
Duration: 10 minutes (1 minute slow, 30 sec fast)


PM Workout
This workout is mainly going to focus on my back, just a light workout, nothing specific, just to get more work in. Probably do a easy steady state cardio after, been reading a book so it would be a good reading time..haha..

I've done plenty of short rest between sets type of workouts and they always effectively kicked my butt. Way to hit it hard!

did a complex this morning..

RDL
Hang clean + Front Squat + Push Press
Lunges
Wt. 95 Lbs
4 rounds of 5 reps each without putting down the bar, resting 90 sec, in between rounds.

Tabatas Sprints on Treadmill at Incline
20 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 5 minutes.

Did some stretching and foam rolling, cold shower and steam sauna..felt like a new man.

1A) Back Squat- 275x5
rest 40 secs
1B) Pull-ups- BWx5
rest 40 secs
1C) Bench Press- 225 x5
rest 40 secs repeat 4 more times

Cardio: Elliptical
Duration: 10 minutes (1 minute slow, 30 sec fast)

Overall today was a good lift..got a big sweat going on..who knew that taking of 5 seconds of rest would make that big of a difference..

PM- Just gonna doing a shoulder workout..get a pump on..nothing special + 20 minutes of slow steady state cardio
