So, I stayed home to work out in my Garage in Cali at 2:00pm while it was hotter then ****..I had to cut it short...I was dying and felt like I was going to get heat stroke..This is all I could do..I was going for some GPP/Cardio type stuff

1) The Bear - 120lbs for 3 sets @ 5 complete Movements

2) Pistols - 3 x 10 each leg

3) Step Ups @ bodyweight fast and explosive - 3 x 20 each leg

4) Stiff leg deads - 120 x 2 x 12

5) Standind Calf raise @ body weight - 2 x50

6) Sit Ups fast - 2 x 25

Thats all the gas I had in this heat

Everything is still looking great! How are you doing on your recovery after those intense training sessions?
