Nice job, Max!! As long as strength and muscle growth are increasing, that's what's important Are you keeping track of weight/measurements?

Well as you can see the numbers are going up like a rocket and since I cut back on the carbs I started leaning out..Areas of problem are started to fill out esp. my back, I heard some comments about my back getting wider and thats a good thing..

Knees however are taking a beating, as usual =(

Today was good and bad, Bad because I was alone and had no spotter and Good because the work out routine I used smashed me and that's always nice!

So my Max Bench could not be hit because no spotter so I went to Max reps with 200lbs and also a big bench day with a total of 10 sets

1) Max Reps
Warm Ups - Bar @ 2 sets to 20 reps
135 x 12/ x 12
200 x 25 Reps!
158x10/x10/x8/x8/x8/x8/x8

2) Elevated Or Decline Push Ups @ body Weight
5 x 12

3) Flat DB Flyes
30x12/12/12

4) Close Grip BB Press
135x10/x10/x10

5) Skull Crushers
60x12/12/12

6) Bench Dips With DB Kick Back Super Sets
Bench Dips @ body weight and LOW - 3 x 20
DB KB - 20lbs x 3x 12

Looks solid Max. Do you have a squat rack you could bench in on days without a spotter?

Good looking workout Max! To what Steve mentioned, I do all my bench out of the rack, no training partner here. I set the pins just below chest level.
