I just went to the health center today to get my throat checked out and turns out i have a nasty ear infection...gonna lay low from the gym for the week or till i feel better

thanks BTB, i got some anti-biotics and i'm starting to feel better. just hit a light back day today to see how i'm feeling.

felt great in the gym, should be ready to go full on Monday. This weekend is Lehigh-Lafayette week and Lafayette is our biggest rival. whole weeks been crazy so far leading up to the football game on Saturday. should be a great weekend... i'll try to not be too dead for the gym monday
